Your rental comprises the entire downstairs area, completely separate from our upstairs living space accessed via an external staircase. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms flanking a spacious family room. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a refrigerator, sink, microwave, cooktop, and a toaster oven suitable for baking a 12-inch pizza or lasagna. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located upstairs; laundry services are available upon request for a nominal fee.

Situated in the tranquil Kona highlands within Holualoa, this location boasts invigorating air, brilliant starlit skies, and occasional afternoon showers that nourish both our coffee and tropical flora. You’ll be just under 20 minutes away from downtown Kona, along with major shopping destinations such as Walmart, Safeway, Target, and Costco.

Please be aware that as the owners reside above, you might occasionally hear sounds from our family, especially during school mornings. Additionally, since we operate a coffee farm, there may be times when you'll hear maintenance activities around the property.

Living among the natural beauty of the hills means encountering various wildlife. Be on the lookout for wild pigs, cows, turkeys, goats, pheasants, geckos, chameleons, and several stunning bird species. You might even meet our friendly outdoor cat, who enjoys wandering about seeking some affection.
